Orders must be received 48 hours in advance. Orders can be placed online, by email or by phone (feel free to leave your order by voicemail, too). For delivery, orders must be 10 pounds or more (if ordering in bulk), or 12 containers or more. You can mix and match product selection. We will confirm your order within 24 hours. For bulk pasta, we typically pack in 5 pound increments (5 or 10 pound boxes). Retail pasta is packed in 12 ounce containers. Tomato sauces come in 16 ounce containers. Pesto and cream-based sauces come in 8 ounce containers.
Bulk rolled pasta comes wrapped in plastic and stored in sturdy cardboard boxes. Bulk filled pasta is layered carefully for protection in sturdy cardboard boxes. If kept airtight and properly refrigerated, our rolled and extruded pasta, plus tortellini and tortelloni are good for roughly 7–10 days from production, ravioli 7–8 days. Depending on the item, sauces are good for 10–21 days from production.
